TTUHSC will not pay the $100,000 fee, if applicable. Position Description Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants. Major/Essential Functions The Business Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and financial support for residency and fellowship programs. Responsibilities include coordinating purchasing activities, processing reimbursements, managing travel arrangements and expense documentation for residents and fellows, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures. The position supports the day-to-day operations of graduate medical education programs, including resident onboarding and offboarding, maintenance of trainee files and records, MedHub data management and tracking, interview season planning and scheduling, and coordination of program activities. The Business Coordinator works closely with program leadership, faculty, trainees, and institutional departments to ensure efficient program operations, accurate recordkeeping, timely communication, and a positive training experience for residents and fellows. Occasional Duties Any additional duties assigned by supervisor. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience. OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
