Sr. Full Stack Developer

7-8+ years of experience in full stack software development
Strong expertise in:

Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework (core focus)
Frontend: React (hands-on UI development experience)

Deep understanding of core Java concepts, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
Experience building microservices architectures and distributed systems
Strong experience working with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations
Proven ability to adapt to new frameworks and technologies quickly
Experience working with open-source technologies and modern development ecosystems
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

Required Skills & Experience

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React
Lead backend development efforts with a strong focus on scalable, high-performance microservices
Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support system integrations and enterprise platforms
Contribute to AI-driven initiatives, including integrating AI/ML capabilities into application workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions
Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable architecture
Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Stay current with modern frameworks, open-source technologies, and evolving development practices
