Senior Systems Integration Manager

Salary: $150,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• We require 12+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, systems integration, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, or endpoint management.
• We need proven success independently deploying, integrating, troubleshooting, and sustaining complex enterprise-scale technologies in a customer-facing technical role.
• We require a strong grasp of enterprise cybersecurity and endpoint operations, including incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, endpoint security, configuration management, and security compliance.
• We require an active DOW Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain applicable DOW 8570/8140 IAT Level III or IAM Level III certification requirements.
• We are looking for strong experience across several of the following areas: Windows, Linux, enterprise workstations and servers, virtualization, TCP/IP networking, authentication/authorization, web services, and enterprise applications.
• We are looking for strong experience across several of the following areas: EDR/XDR, incident response, IOC detection, vulnerability management, STIGs, patching, configuration management, endpoint security, logging, monitoring, and remediation.
• We are looking for strong experience across several of the following areas: PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Python, REST APIs, application deployment, systems integration, and enterprise troubleshooting.
• We are looking for strong experience across several of the following areas: enterprise data platforms, databases, APIs, logging and monitoring technologies, data processing, and large-scale analytics.
• Preferred experience includes Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kafka, NoSQL databases, data pipelines, and large-scale data environments.
• Preferred experience includes SIEM, EDR/XDR, EPP, threat hunting, PKI, certificate management, cryptographic discovery, and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC).
• Preferred experience includes supporting Defensive Cyber Operations, DOW/federal cybersecurity environments, DOW enterprise environments, STIGs, or other large-scale government environments.
• We require 10 years of systems engineering experience.
• We require a Top Secret security clearance.

• We serve as the embedded TYCHON subject matter expert, owning the technical health, configuration, integration, optimization, and sustainment of TYCHON across the enterprise.
• We deploy, configure, upgrade, integrate, and troubleshoot TYCHON across Windows, Linux, servers, workstations, applications, networks, and supporting enterprise infrastructure.
• We conduct advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, partnering with TYCHON engineering and product teams to resolve complex software, integration, performance, and configuration issues.
• We support customer teams performing Defensive Cyber Operations, incident response, threat detection, and enterprise endpoint management using TYCHON.
• We enable and optimize TYCHON capabilities for XDR, incident response, IOC detection, endpoint quarantine, investigation, and remediation.
• We support endpoint-management use cases such as configuration control, vulnerability management, cyber hygiene, compliance management, patching, and security configuration.
• We act as the customers primary TYCHON technical advisor, offering expert guidance on capabilities, configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and use cases.
• We identify underused functionality, new use cases, and opportunities to improve cybersecurity and endpoint-management operations so TYCHON is used to its fullest potential.
• We translate mission and operational requirements into practical TYCHON solutions and collaborate with customer and TYCHON technical teams to implement them.
• We provide technical demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer to improve customer proficiency and adoption of TYCHON.
• We develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Ansible, Bash, Python, APIs, and related tools to improve deployment, troubleshooting, remediation, and operational efficiency.
• We work with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kafka, APIs, data pipelines, and related technologies that support TYCHON enterprise operations and analytics.
• We coordinate with TYCHON engineering and product teams to communicate customer requirements, resolve technical issues, and drive product and integration improvements.
