Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

Location: Keaau, HI (On-site)

Pay: $20/hour

Duration: 6-month contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to support a healthcare organization by assisting members with account-related questions. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build experience in customer service and the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and written communication
• Assist with enrollment, eligibility, and billing questions
• Update account information and maintain accurate records
• Provide guidance on using online self-service tools
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
