Your Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee a wide range of construction projects from kickoff to closeout. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from pre-construction to final walk-through
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Order, track, and manage materials, tools, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and codes
• Provide daily job site reports, including progress photos
• Build and maintain strong client and team relationships
• Solve problems on-site and keep projects on track
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
• PMP or similar certification a plus
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; project management software a plus
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety requirements
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and teams
• Willing to travel 25-40% to job sites
