Trillium Staffing is now seeking Welders in Holly, MI! Pay rate is $19- $22 depending on shift and experience.Attendance bonuses! Schedule is1st shift: 7am-3:30pm or2nd shift: 4pm-12:30am. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. The Welder will perform MIG welding, assemble and fabricate metal components, and ensure finished products meet quality and production standards. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and operate welding equipment. Set up machines and inspect welds for quality and accuracy. Read blueprints and follow specifications. Maintain equipment and report issues. Follow OSHA and company safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete production work accurately and on schedule. Requirements MIG welding experience required. Mechanical or fabrication knowledge preferred. Ability to read blueprints/specifications. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working around heat, sparks, fumes, and industrial equipment while using required PPE. Welding certification is a plus.
