- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, customers, and academic partners, with a particular focus on nursing relationships.
- Respond to medical information inquiries and provide accurate, appropriate scientific information to healthcare professionals and customers.
- Gather, evaluate, and synthesize stakeholder feedback and real-world evidence to inform medical and business priorities.
- Support advisory boards, focus groups, stakeholder meetings, and other engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing degree; BSN or MSN preferred, and/or a PhD in a relevant scientific or healthcare field.
- 3–7 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in clinical operations leadership, clinician education, or a related healthcare role.
- At least 2 years of experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex scientific and clinical information for diverse audiences.
