Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Master Scheduler 3 will create and maintain provider schedule templates to maximize access to care, balance patient volumes, and reduce wait times across clinics and ancillary services. Key responsibilities Builds and manages provider schedule templates, ensuring efficient scheduling application setup Monitors cancellations and daily schedule changes, rescheduling patients in a timely manner Develops and monitors reports on patient volumes, providing metrics to department leadership for decision-making Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required Proficiency in using office software and relevant computer applications Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities Experience in providing training and guidance to lower-level schedulers
