What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies managing visitor check-in procedures and supporting access control for a financial services location.
• Monitor lobby activity receive guests verify identification and/or appointments and communicate with building personnel regarding visitor access and arrival procedures.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting security-related concerns.
• Answer phones assist with directions handle routine inquiries and help to maintain an orderly front desk presence for employees visitors and vendors.
• Complete required logs reports and incident documentation and support emergency response activities in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
