Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute job documentation; maintain accurate data and records
• Generate fabrication paperwork and assist with payroll data entry
• Review drawings for accuracy and align with Tekla models
• Organize CNC/DXF files and maintain updated material information
• Coordinate with shop staff and project teams to support workflow and resolve issues
• Assist with scheduling, subcontracting, and material coordination
• Track job progress, including labor hours and production metrics, and provide status updates

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction preferred
• Familiarity with Tekla, CNC/DXF files, or nesting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 6-2:30 PM
• Employment Type: Contract to hire
• Compensation: $20-21/hr.
• Location: Cleburne, TX 76033
