PerSéGroupislookingforan IntegratedProjectManagementOffice(IPMO)Lead/SeniorProgramManager tooverseeprojectgovernance,portfoliocoordination,andexecutionforalargecorporateenterpriseinBeaverton,Oregon. Thisisarolewhereyourabilitytoconnectthedotsacrossmultipleprojectsmattersjustasmuchasyourabilitytodeliverresults. Whatyou’lltakeownershipof: LeadanintegratedPMOoverseeingmultipleconcurrentprojectsandbusinessfunctions. Establishgovernancestandardsthatbringconsistency,accountability,andvisibilityacrosstheportfolio. Keepbudgets,schedules,milestones,anddeliverablesalignedwithbusinesspriorities. Buildportfoliodashboardsandexecutivereportsthatturncomplexprojectdataintoactionabledecisions. Identifyresourceconstraints,projectdependencies,andexecutionrisksbeforetheyderailprogress. Partnerwithprojectmanagers,consultants,andseniorstakeholderstoresolvechallengesanddriveresults. GuidePMOpersonnelandstrengthenprojectmanagementpracticesacrosstheorganization. Whatmakesthisopportunityworthaconversation? You’llearn $90–$95/hour onacontractexpectedtorunfromNovember30,2026,throughNovember30,2027,witha40-hourworkweek. You’llworkattheportfoliolevel,bringingstructureanddirectiontoacomplexenterpriseenvironmentwhileengagingdirectlywithleadership. You’llfitrightinif you’veledaPMOormanagedcomplexprograms,knowhowtobalancefinancialoversightwithexecution,andcanholdcross-functionalteamsaccountablewithoutgettingburiedinprocess. Experienceincorporaterealestate,commercialofficefit-outs,orheavyindustrialprojectsisespeciallyrelevant.
