Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift: Days
Pay Rate: $65/hour
Pharmacy Setting: Retail / Compounding / Mail Order

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a unique part-time opportunity with a growing pharmacy operation in Green Bay, WI. This role offers flexibility with scheduling and long-term potential through a temp-to-perm structure. The client ideally prefers Mondays but is willing to work with candidates on alternative days based on availability.

This pharmacy operates in a retail, compounding, and mail-order environment and is willing to train pharmacists without prior compounding experience.

Responsibilities:
• Verify prescriptions and non-sterile compounded medications
• Communicate with patients regarding medications and counseling needs
• Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and workflow standards
• Provide support in retail and mail-order pharmacy operations

Requirements:
• Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience required
• Non-sterile compounding experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a part-time setting

Software: Pioneer Rx
Staffing: 4 Pharmacy Technicians + 1 Pharmacist
Volume: 50–60 prescriptions per day
