A typical day includes conducting thorough assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, delivering hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercise programs, and educating patients and families on home programs and injury prevention. You will collaborate closely with referring providers and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.Patient volumes are structured to support focused, one-on-one attention and progressive functional improvement, with scheduling designed to allow for both productivity and thorough documentation. You will work in a modern outpatient environment with access to therapeutic equipment and technology that support evidence-based interventions and patient engagement. Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
