Our pediatric outpatient clinic client located in SW Houston is seeking a full-time PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join their small team. They provide speech, ot and pt therapy services to kids of all ages with a special focus on neuro cases. Qualifications: *Physical therapist license or eligible in the state of Texas *Pediatric experience or fieldwork. You will be working alongside a PTA with 10+ years of experience *Willing to work full time, schedule can vary and some early evenings are necessary to meet the needs of the caseload *Friday work is optional Key Details: *Pay is hourly, not per unit or visit. Rates range from $48-55 an hour based on experience which yields an annual salary between $99-114,000 *Weekly paid lunch meeting, plus a PT only meeting with the office team *Collaboration amongst team members that is comprised of OTs and SLPs *On site management, therapist owned, long standing practice Benefits: *Paid holidays/PTO --3 weeks first year with additional weekly increments based on length of employment *Medical/Dental insurance with 50% paid premiums *Disability insurance *Professional Dues Reimbursement *Paid Continuing Education *401(k) A.S.K. Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.

License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.
