Community Interface Services is seeking compassionate, motivated, and people-focused individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. In this rewarding role, you'll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) as they pursue personal goals, gain independence, explore employment opportunities, and become active members of their communities. What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one with individuals to help them achieve their unique goals. Responsibilities may include: Supporting individuals in developing workplace and employment skills Assisting with independent living and life skills development Facilitating participation in social, recreational, and community activities Helping individuals pursue educational and career opportunities Encouraging community engagement and inclusion Providing person-centered support tailored to individual goals and interests This position serves individuals throughout the South Bay/Chula Vista areas. The expected schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours.
