Registered Nurse - Med/Surg NOC
Location: Arcata, CA
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; Three 12-hour shifts weekly.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg night shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients during night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes.
- Assist with daily living activities and patient hygiene.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active CA RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months of contract start date.
