This role will be accountable for helping build out the practice and plays a critical role in mentoring and developing team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment, and driving operational excellence across the practice.The Director brings deep, hands-on experience leading organizational effectiveness initiatives, including organizational design, job architecture, competency models, and performance management program design.
