Serve as a case supervisor for 1-3 client cases (10 paid unrestricted hours/week) , learning and practicing the key skills to become a high-quality BCBA. This is a full-time hourly, position. Receive dedicated supervision, training, and feedback from your Local Clinical Trainer and other BCBAs in your center Participate in Apex learning and development opportunities Build clinical skills through exposure to ESDM, interdisciplinary care, family guidance, assessment, and behavior intervention planning Join a supportive community of future BCBAs across Soar Work in a culture that lives out our values: high expectations, collaboration, and fun Job Responsibilities Serve as a case supervisor for client cases, with scope determined by center needs, clinical readiness, and program progress Accrue paid unrestricted hours through client programming, supervision, family guidance, assessment, and other BCBA-aligned responsibilities Update client goals and programming using Soar’s electronic data collection platform Provide support and supervision to RBTs, with coaching and feedback from BCBAs Participate in ESDM-specific trainings to grow your clinical skillset Learn to develop Behavior Intervention Plans using approaches such as Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Treatment Support family treatment guidance meetings using Soar’s in-house curriculum Assist with assessments and reassessments for clients, including exposure to tools such as the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM Curriculum Checklist Receive coaching and feedback from your Local Clinical Trainer, Partner Clinician, and other BCBAs in your clinic Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with Speech‑Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other members of the integrated care team Provide direct client therapy as part of your full‑time role, with the weekly mix of direct therapy and unrestricted activities determined by center needs and program progress Qualifications Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA or a related field that meets BCBA coursework requirements You must be at least in your second semester of your master’s or certificate program Actively accruing practicum hours toward BCBA certification Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with children and families Emerging skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and clinical planning Emerging skills in coaching and supporting RBTs Strong desire to learn, grow, and receive feedback Commitment to Soar’s mission and values Interest in growing into a future BCBA role What We Offer A mission deeply focused on care quality for children and their families Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience Quality medical, dental, and vision plans A company 401(k) with company contribution Generous paid time off, including holidays and personal days Paid unrestricted hours Structured supervision and clinical development Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a growing organization Soar Autism Center is committed to diversity and inclusion at all levels.
