We are seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers (RN) in the Denver, CO area to support workers’ compensation cases on a flexible 1099 independent contractor basis. You will monitor treatment, assess progress, coordinate services, and help support safe and timely return-to-work outcomes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor medical treatment plans for injured workers Attend medical appointments and evaluate treatment progression Communicate with providers, employers, adjusters, attorneys, and insurance carriers Complete timely and detailed case management reports Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care Assist with return-to-work and transitional duty planning Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations as needed Qualifications Active Colorado RN license Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation systems Reliable transportation for travel throughout Denver and surrounding areas Professional liability/malpractice insurance or ability to obtain CCM, CRRN, or related certification preferred Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Work Type 1099 Independent Contractor Flexible caseload opportunities available If you’re an experienced Workers’ Compensation Nurse Case Manager looking for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work , we’d love to hear from you.
