Maintenance TechnicianLocation: SE Portland, OR + TravelPaying $32 / HR to $40 / HRResponsibilitiesService, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial smokers and refrigeration unitsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system issuesPerform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairsAssist with equipment installation, setup, and startupTravel to customer sites nationwide to perform on-site service (approximately 50% travel after training)Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with internal teamsSupport shop operations, including testing, repairs, and prep work, when not in the fieldAccurately document service work, findings, and repairsFollow all safety protocols, procedures, and company standardsRepresent Enviro-Pak professionally and positively in customer-facing environmentsAdditional Skills & QualificationsEPA Universal CertificationPrevious experience servicing industrial smokers, ovens, or commercial refrigeration equipmentField service technician experienceAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsRefrigeration, HVAC, or electrical certifications or courseworkExperience working in food processing or industrial manufacturing environmentsBasic computer skills for service documentation and reportingFamiliarity with preventative maintenance programsEnvironment / Shift22,000 sq ft. fabrication shop.This role does require travel ~20% of the timeDay shiftEmployee Value Proposition100% medical, dental, vision1 week of PTO after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years401KJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
