Controller

Role Overview My client is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead the full accounting function across its U.S. and U.K. This role will own all aspects of accounting, reporting, compliance, and close processes, with a critical focus on U.K. accounting expertise, including HMRC regulations, VAT, payroll, pensions, corporation tax, and statutory reporting. The ideal candidate will have 8‑10+ years of experience, be comfortable operating independently in a high‑ownership environment, and bring experience managing complex revenue streams within SaaS, adtech, or similar industries. This position serves as the primary accounting leader and strategic business partner to senior leadership.
