This role will help ensure accurate property setup, system configuration, and day-to-day support activities that contribute to efficient multifamily operations.Working closely with our IT Applications team and cross-functionally, this position will assist with new property onboarding, Yardi system maintenance, and ticket resolution. The role may be based in Chandler, Arizona, or performed remotely. The official Zekelman internship program runs from May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and eager to learn enterprise property management systems. This internship offers meaningful hands-on experience and a potential pathway to a full-time opportunity based on performance and goal achievement.What You'll DoAssist with configuring new properties, users, and system settings within Yardi platformsSupport property onboarding activities by entering and validating system dataMonitor and respond to Yardi-related support tickets under the guidance of senior team membersTroubleshoot basic system and user issues and escalate complex concerns when neededAssist with data audits to maintain system accuracy and integritySupport RENTCafé and related platform configurations as assignedCollaborate with operational and business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of setup activitiesParticipate in system enhancement, testing, and implementation projectsDocument processes, procedures, and troubleshooting solutionsPerform other duties as assignedundefinedWho You AreCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related fieldDemonstrate strong interest in technology administration, property management systems, or business applicationsPossess strong organizational skills and attention to detailCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAnalyze problems and identify practical solutionsLearn new systems and processes quicklyDemonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelPrevious exposure to Yardi, property management software, databases, or ERP systems is preferred but not requiredWhat You'll GetZekelman Industries offers a PAID internship experience with meaningful work, professional development, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
