Insurance Broker - Japanese BilingualA Japanese Insurance Brokerage is seeking a Japanese bilingual Insurance Broker in Manhattan, NY. This role focuses on advising clients on corporate and medical insurance products, helping them navigate policy options, and ensuring optimal coverage based on their business needs.Essential Duties:Provide consulting and brokerage services for commercial and health insurance productsMaintain and grow client relationships, both in Japanese and EnglishAnalyze client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordinglyNegotiate with carriers to obtain the best coverage and ratesStay informed on industry regulations and market trendsProcess applications, renewals, and endorsements accuratelyWorking Hours, Working style 9:00am-5:00pm Hybrid work (1 day/week in our Manhattan office, remote otherwise)Working Location Manhattan, New YorkSalary, Benefit $55-90K Insurance(Medical), 401K(implementation planned), PTO Holidays Saturday, Sunday, HolidayQualifications:Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English required.Active license in Property & Casualty License and/or Health Insurance License required.2+ years of experience in insurance brokerage or related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office.
