Aquatic Center Pool Manager

Job Opportunities The Romeoville Aquatics Center is currently seeking experienced Pool Managers to join our new facility's team. Job responsibilities include the supervising of aquatic staff including Lifeguards, Swim Instructors and Aquatic Fitness Instructors; managing the daily operations of the aquatic facility including maintaining a safe aquatic environment; assisting in the training and certification of aquatics staff; supervision of aquatic programs and events; directing the facility's emergency action plan. Candidates must be a currently certified and experienced Lifeguard (certifications through any recognized Lifeguarding program will be considered). Current certification as a Lifeguard Instructor preferred (instructor certifications through any recognized Lifeguarding program will be considered). Experience as a Head Guard or Pool Manager preferred.
