Claims Handler (Property)

I’m partnering with a well-funded, AI-enabled claims business that is building its Dallas operation after raising over $16M and winning significant insurer and MGA adoption. They are looking for a property claims handler who wants more ownership and faster progression than a traditional carrier normally offers. You will own property claims from first notification through settlement, including: Coverage review Reserves and settlement Policyholder communication Contractors, adjusters and external experts Fraud and subrogation indicators Accurate, audit-ready files Process and service improvements You must have: At least three years of property claims experience Buildings, contents, renters, homeowners or commercial property exposure Experience personally managing claims end to end The ability to work hybrid in Dallas US work authorisation This will suit someone who is ambitious, organised and comfortable being judged on the quality of their work rather than their tenure.
