• $25.00 - $40.00 per hour. Our Top performers earn up to $110,000 annually - competitive hourly rate + bonuses

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)

What You'll Do You will provide professional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards - while delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call.

What You Need

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of equipment
• Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
• Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
• Universal EPA Certification
• Ability to acquire low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certification within 1 year
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Trade School (preferred)
• Ability to safely operate scissor and genie lifts
