Data Analytics Senior Analyst

Delivering trusted reporting and data maintenance, the full-time salaried Data Analytics Senior Analyst will manage a defined reporting queue and produce accurate outputs to support new-business sales performance for Individual Life Insurance sales leaders and distribution partners. Key responsibilities Deliver weekly and monthly sales and distributor-level reporting on schedule Maintain and enhance standard Tableau dashboards and recurring reporting templates Validate sales data, reconcile discrepancies, and manage ad hoc data requests Required qualifications Hands-on experience with Tableau dashboards and reports Strong Excel skills and familiarity with sales or financial data Ability to reconcile data across multiple sources and explain discrepancies Experience working within documented processes and recurring delivery cadences Conceptual understanding of sales constructs such as production and incentives Virtual Vocations Inc
