- Managing and nurturing a portfolio of clients to ensure their insurance needs are always met with precision and care
- Acting as the go-to expert for clients’ Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance questions and updates
- Conducting thorough reviews and assessments to tailor coverage that fits each client’s unique life situation
- Collaborating with the team to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Staying ahead of the game by mastering the latest State Farm products, industry trends, and compliance standards
- Using your organizational superpowers to keep client information accurate and up-to-date
- Leading ongoing communication and support that makes clients feel valued and confident
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or insurance-related roles
- Exceptional communication skills that build trust and rapport quickly
- A passion for helping customers and solving their challenges with smart solutions
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills—juggling client needs like a pro
- Licensed or willing to get your State Farm insurance licenses
- Tech-savvy with CRM and other client management tools
