Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is looking for Client Support Specialists who can blend high-level emotional intelligence with sharp technical problem-solving to support their financial clients. salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 9 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

In this role, you will help clients with a variety of account servicing and maintenance requests, including:

• Updating personal information such as mailing addresses, contact details, passwords, PINs, and account preferences.
• Assisting with beneficiary additions or changes and other routine account maintenance activities.
• Providing account information, balances, transaction details, and statement support.
• Helping clients navigate online tools and digital self-service resources.
• Researching account history and identifying the appropriate resources or partners to resolve client questions efficiently.
• Educating clients on account features, available services, and self-service capabilities to help them confidently manage their financial lives.
