Job Position: Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant
Location: Mesa, AZ 85205
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/HR

- Support the Community Manager with the daily operations of an affordable housing community
- Provide exceptional service to residents

- Receive ongoing guidance to help you shine onsite

- Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Support leasing efforts, including tours, application processing, and renewals
- Assist with income verifications, recertifications, and maintaining accurate compliance files
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with rent collection, posting payments, and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and contractors as needed
- Help maintain organized records, internal tracking, and documentation
- Support resident events and community engagement efforts
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the onsite team
