Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 2+ years of recent Med/Surg-Telemetry RN experience required.

• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.

• License Verification: Current Nursys License Verification required.

• Patient Ratio: 5:1.

• Unit: 10-bed Rapid Admission Unit.

• Patient Population: General medical patients and surgical patients awaiting procedures.

• Clinical Environment: Rapid admission unit with higher patient turnover than a traditional Med/Surg unit.

• Core Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
