What You'll Be Doing

In this hands-on role, you'll:

• Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose issues quickly and get equipment back up and running
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns before they happen
• Use schematics, tools, and technical documentation to solve complex problems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
• Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize output
• Identify improvements to boost reliability and reduce repeat issues

What We're Looking For

Core Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting experience in mechanical & electrical systems
• Hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• A safety-first mindset

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Preventative or reliability-centered maintenance experience
• A self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Clear communication skills

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, KY.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
