Your Opportunity As a Frontend Web Developer specializing in Webflow, you will shape the digital experience of our marketing website, enabling seamless interaction for prospects and customers. Your Responsibilities Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and enhance the marketing website, ensuring a visually stunning and user-friendly experience. Collaborate closely with the design team to implement UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web elements. Implement responsive design principles to optimize performance across devices. Write clean, efficient, and consistent use of classes; ensure cross-browser compatibility and web standards compliance. Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, minimizing page load times and enhancing responsiveness. Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization experiments. Set up and maintain integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and direct integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver innovative solutions. Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, or performance bottlenecks. Your Profile 3+ years of experience in frontend web development, strong proficiency in Webflow. Strong understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices. Analytical mindset and hands‑on experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Hotjar). Experience with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, proactive approach to teamwork. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry or working with HR/people‑management software a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field preferred.
