We are locally owned/operated and have been in business for over 20 years.We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Installer to join our team. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Responsibilities:Install sheet metal products such as ductwork, HVAC, etc.Measure and cut sheet metal to fit specific requirements.Use hand and power tools to shape and form sheet metal.Install insulation and vapor barriers as needed.Ensure all work is completed to meet safety and quality standards.Communicate effectively with team members and clients.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Clean driving record for the past 5 years.Ability to pass a background and drug screen.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sheet metal installation.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.Some of Advanced Comfort Solutions Benefits:Two health care plans to choose from, plus dental and vision planPaid HolidaysPTO (Paid time off)Company Profit Sharing Program401K Plan, company will match 100% of deferrals up to 1% of compensation, and 50% of deferrals up to 6% of compensationDiscretionary annual performance bonusACSI is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
