Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Pay: $18.50–$21/hr based on qualifications

Serving: Rapid City, Spearfish, Custer, Hot Springs, and surrounding areas

At Home Instead , we’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to become Care Professionals — supporting aging adults to live independently in the comfort of their homes.

If you are ready to commit your daytime to assisting aging adults with staying home safely and comfortably, your time and compassion will create a life-changing impact.

What You'll Need

• Your own reliable vehicle for the purposes of your shifts

• A current valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as a listed driver for the vehicle you will take for the purposes of your shifts

• The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check, Motor Vehicle Records Check, and drug screen

• A smartphone or device that has access to service

 

Your Role as a Care Professional

As a  Care Pro , you’ll provide  non-medical support including but not limited to:

• Companionship & conversation

• Personal care assistance

• Light housekeeping & meal preparation

• Transportation to appointments or errands

• Medication reminders

You’ll bring  dignity, connection, and peace of mind to the seniors you serve — every single day.
