Safety Manager

Location: Intel – Chandler, AZ
Start Date: ASAP
Position: 1 Safety Manager
Duration: 6–12 months

Pay

$40–$50/hour , based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

60 / 60 / 50-hour schedule
Overtime expected

Responsibilities

Monitor daily jobsite safety activities
Ensure employees and contractors follow safety procedures
Conduct safety observations and inspections
Identify hazards and communicate corrective actions
Maintain and review safety documentation
Support site safety meetings and orientations
Work with project leadership to maintain a safe and compliant jobsite

Qualifications – One of the Following:

Option 1

Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
At least 3 years in a safety management role
Safety Engineering degree or equivalent
CSP certification

Option 2

Minimum 10 years of construction safety experience
At least 3 years of safety management experience
CSP certification

Additional Requirements

CSP certification required
Strong construction safety background
Experience with safety monitoring and documentation
Must pass E-Verify
Must pass drug screening
Must pass background check
English or bilingual candidates accepted

This is a 6–12 month opportunity for an experienced Safety Manager to support a major Intel construction project. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP.
