Ecommerce Specialist

Location: NE Ohio - must live in area or moving here on own. Eastern suburbs of Cleveland 90-110K Base Salary + Bonus Please read the required experience in detail. You must be a US Citizen and able to commute daily to the office (No Exceptions) Are you an eCommerce or web-based strategic marketing professional that has high-level Amazon sales experience? Do you have experience driving, analyzing, and executing data decisions on Amazon Marketing Service for your company or other companies? Advertising Agency experience with large, account manager type roles would be considered relevant. Are you someone with a strong track record managing a 1P Amazon account for a large manufacturer and distributor that sells through many internal and external ecommerce channels in both scale and variety? Ideally this person is going to bring best practices to us...things that we’re not doing that they can help us discover and implement. This is a position for an eCommerce marketing specialist that focuses on Amazon 1P Vendor Central, Google Ads, and product. It is for someonewho can work in an entrepreneurial environment. The right candidate must be a self-starter and highly motivated with ability to multi-task and stay organized. This would be a great opportunity for a business minded data analyst as the skills to analyze, crunch, and report on data is tantamount to success. Key Responsibilities: Amazon ( This is the Primary Focus) Lead Amazon Ads strategy , managing budgets, bids, keywords, and creative. Optimize Amazon product listings for SEO Monitor and analyze performance using Amazon Brand Analytics, identifying trends and keyword opportunities to improve ROAS, TACoS, and organic ranking. Collaborate with national accounts and sales to align Amazon promotional planning, merchandising, and product launch strategies. Website SEO Own and implement technical and content SEO strategies across company websites, including audits, keyword research, page optimization, internal linking, and schema. Use insights from Amazon and paid search performance to inform organic strategies on the web. Collaborate with content, UX, and product teams to optimize content structure and improve rankings and engagement. Regularly monitor site health, crawlability, and search performance Google Ads & Paid Search Support (PPC , Pay per click) Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) to support awareness and conversion across key products and categories. Skills/Experience/Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. (Nice to have but not required) 3-5+ years of experience in Amazon Ads and marketplace SEO. Demonstrated success in technical SEO and on-page optimization for websites. Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and interpreting cross-channel performance. Proficient with tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI content/optimization platforms. Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate data into clear recommendations. Experience managing multiple brands or product portfolios is a plus.
