The role focuses on co-investments and secondaries transactions across North America.## Responsibilities- **Deal Underwriting**: Evaluate transactions through market research, financial modeling, and coordination of legal and commercial workstreams.- **Investment Documentation**: Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to investment committees and clients.- **Portfolio Management**: Monitor existing investments, maintain relationships with general partners, and prepare performance review materials.## Qualifications- 2+ years of infrastructure or private equity investment experience- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record- Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with AI tools- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills- Understanding of private equity, leveraged finance, project finance, and secondaries- Knowledge of infrastructure subsectors and the private equity manager landscape- Strong written and verbal communication skills; English fluency required, additional languages a plus## Work Details- **Location**: New York, NY (Hybrid — 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week)- **Travel**: Occasional domestic and international travel- **Compensation**: USD $135,000 - $180,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus- **Benefits**: Healthcare, retirement planning, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, flexible time offApply for this Position
