As a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), you will provide visionary leadership and oversight to our rehabilitation programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes, while collaborating with facility administrators, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to rehabilitation programs across assigned locations
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans as needed
- Collaborate with facility administrators, clinical teams, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
- Lead and support a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations
- Foster relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners to drive business growth
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of rehabilitation services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field
- Current active and good standing therapy licensure in Missouri
- Must have progressive leadership experience in rehabilitation services
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
