Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Part-time Case Manager at the Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center – Where Opportunity Meets Purpose Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40-bed, all-boys program located at the foot of the Poteau Mountains, offering a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential. Pay Pay: $20.19 - $21.63 per hour, depending on level of education and experience Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Company‑paid Life Insurance within 90 days 401(k) match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues Additional benefits available Responsibilities Administer, develop, and facilitate completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with agency requests and student needs Act as the primary program liaison between students, parents/legal guardians, staff, and agency officials Provide progress notes Organize and facilitate court hearings, Probation Officer visits, student visits, and home passes Qualifications Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field Be at least 21 years of age Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry Meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including a valid Driver’s License Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (some Saturdays may be required) As a Case Manager, you will help create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and fulfillment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
