Support cost estimating efforts by providing schedule input for construction sequencing, durations, labor/resource assumptions, escalation considerations, indirect costs, and time-related cost impacts. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, estimators, cost engineers, and client stakeholders. Prepare schedule narratives, dashboards, executive summaries, variance explanations, and client-ready reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience in rail and transit projects strongly preferred. Experience with airport, highway, roadway, utility, Water/Wastewater Infrastructure or other major civil infrastructure projects.
