Account Administrator
$18 - $20 per hourP PLUS PACKAGING LLC
ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED
We are in search of someone well-spoken with basic computer skills and math logic to assist in managing a large corporate chain we supply. Duties would include, but are not limited to: customer order entry into Oracle NetSuite applying their payments in the same system packing some small orders for distribution creating purchase orders for item replenishment warehousing and inventory management for items specific to this client replying to store-level customer emails preparing spreadsheets and documents as required by the company communicating directly with their corporate team via email English-Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required. Experience with inventory management systems also preferred, but not required. THIS JOB IS FULL-TIME 9AM-5PM IN-PERSON IN CHANTILLY, VAPAY STARTS AT $18-20/HOUR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
