Senior Compensation Consultant

To support a growing Total Rewards team, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will manage compensation programs, validate data, and provide guidance on equity awards in a remote contract position. Key responsibilities Support annual compensation processes, including merit, promotion, and equity cycles from planning through completion Validate compensation data, maintain accurate models, and prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations Provide thoughtful compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders while coordinating equity awards Required qualifications 5+ years of compensation experience in a fast-growing or global organization or consulting firm Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop evidence-based recommendations Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data modeling Experience managing compensation processes or projects from planning through implementation Familiarity with compensation surveys, market data, or pay equity analysis is a plus
