As a Production Manager, you'll be the project navigator who keeps the production/project team moving.You'll work under the support and direction of the Producer and in partnership with clients, Morley operations staff and production suppliers as we work together to plan and execute live events.What You'll Do:Schedule and produce meetingsRecord and distribute project discovery notesPre-production – plan and track production deliverablesManage and communicate production objectivesCreate, manage and distribute the production timeline to keep the team on trackTrack, review, maintain and reconcile the production budgetForecast and administer production accounts payableInventory program content and assetsManage pre-production and on-site materials and mediaCoordinate and distribute production direction and info on siteCreate and manage production schedulesManage crew logistics, travel and expensesTrack and distribute the production run-of-showHandle on-site administration, venue logistics and production management for production staff and crewUltimately, successfully deliver the production to the clientWhat to Expect: Schedule & TravelOur work requires the flexibility to travel (approx. 15-35% of the time) and accommodate a varied schedule.
