What You’ll Do

• Provide face-to-face care for adult patients on an inpatient rehab unit (20 beds)
• Perform patient evaluations within 24 hours of admission
• Conduct rounding and consults as scheduled
• Participate in team conferences and care planning
• Manage patient documentation and CMS-compliant procedures
• Prescribe and monitor medications, including narcotics, per guidelines
• Complete discharge summaries and post-admission evaluations

What You Need

• Required: Certification in BLS, valid physiatry (PM&R) license
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong skills in inpatient rehabilitation, patient-focused care, and documentation
• Ability to work onsite during scheduled hours
