Humana's Primary Care Organization is one of the largest and fastest-growing senior-focused, value-based care providers in the country. With more than 340 centers across 15 states operating under the CenterWell and Conviva brands, we're transforming healthcare by placing seniors at the center of everything we do. We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our CenterWell office in Burlington, North Carolina. This is a full-time, onsite position and you will report to the Physician Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.

Required Qualifications

Use your skills to make an impact

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted NC medical license
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients
• Participation in Tuberculosis (TB) screening program

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with senior populations or in value-based care settings
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
