Precision CNC Setup Machinist -- Prototype & Short‑Run Parts

Our mission is simple: produce high‑accuracy parts across a constant mix of jobs. If you’re motivated by craftsmanship, variety, and continuous improvement, you’ll feel at home here. We’re expanding our team with CNC Machinists (Level 1 & Level 2) who enjoy frequent setups, problem‑solving, and working with advanced CNC technology.

Your impact

Own setups and production on Mazak CNC machines across 2‑axis, 3‑axis, and 5‑axis work.
Handle 3–7 setups daily in a true high‑mix, low‑volume shop.
Edit programs in Mazatrol and make targeted G/M code adjustments.
Fine‑tune speeds/feeds, tool offsets, and machining cycles (drilling, tapping) to optimize results.
Troubleshoot confidently to meet dimensional and quality standards.

Grow with structure

Begin on 1st shift for training for approximately 1–6 months , depending on progress.
Post‑training shifts include:
- 2nd shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (10% premium)
- 3rd shift: 9:00 PM–5:00 AM or 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (15% premium), Sunday night to Thursday morning

Pay, differentials, and overtime

$23.00–$38.00 per hour
Sign‑On Bonuses
Shift premiums: 10% (2nd) and 15% (3rd)
Overtime is often available after training—before/after shifts or weekends—and is not mandatory .
