Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse, specializing in obstetric care, available in a hospital setting. This role involves providing comprehensive maternity services on a 12-hour night shift, with a focus on patient safety and comfort throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, TN, or multistate RN license required; must be on file at time of submission.
• Education Requirements: Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience and prior travel experience.
• Location Requirements: No specific geographic restrictions.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include circulating during labor, facilitating safe delivery and postpartum care, and possibly assisting in NICU and postpartum units as needed.
• Additional information: Orientation dates are available on 11/16, 11/30, and 12/14 only, with no other start dates. No time off is approved from 9/19-10/17 due to Epic Go Live. The unit is a 14-bed facility with patient ratios of 1:1-2, utilizing Cerner and GE Centricity electronic medical records.
