Busser

This is a part-time busser/runner position with 4 shifts a week. Must have weekend and Monday availability (Fri-Mon).

Minyoli is a family friendly neighborhood restaurant specializing in Taiwanese noodles. We are located in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. Responsibilities : 

• Run foods from the kitchen and the bar to customers in the dining room or patio
• Assist in packing and labeling to-go food orders 
• Ensure the bar dishwashing machine is on and in proper order (and all the appropriate chemicals used for each load). Load and operate the bar dishwashing machine to clean bar equipment, flatware, and glassware.
• Assist in kitchen dish washing once a week.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work stations.
• Help clear out tables and bus dishes back to the kitchen dishwashing area 
• Support waitstaffs with basic customer communication / service requests 
• Assist in restocking kitchen supplies

Skills & Requirements : 

• Must look neat and clean for food service.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and a sense of urgency when approaching tasks.
• Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly, and constantly improve. 

Physical Demands :

The physical demands for this position are being able to stand for at least 8 hours,

walk up and down stairs, seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
