Leading Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

You are articulate, polished, and possess a "team-first" mentality. You understand that fine dining is a choreography of many moving parts. You strive for excellence and take feedback as a growth opportunity.

Experience: 2+ years of high-end service (Server, Captain, or Sommelier) in a Fine Dining environment is highly preferred.
Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. CMS Certified or WSET Level 1+ is a major plus!
Availability: Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings . (We create magic when the sun goes down!)
Credentials: Valid RBS Card, reliable transportation, and aged 18+.
Mindset: A positive, attentive, and hospitable spirit with an insatiable willingness to learn.
